3 weeks til' christmas holiday and i get to come home!!!!!!! wupiiii
can't wait for it!

The last weeks remaining is all about test and exams in both practicals and theoreticals. pff. i'd rather skip it all and just go home ^^ hihi but unfortunantely they have to be done. Really really reeeeeally hopes that my grades are good enough!! :/ if not i don't know what i'm going to do. So in that ase, now i just really have to go and continue to study so that i can pass all of my exams with good grades and be able to continue to the second year (or atleast half of the work is done ;) hahah) still the seond semester to improve!! and it shouldn't be a problem as french is getting easier :)

(I'm actually liking it here, so would like to continue doing my studies and living here rather than finland for the next 3-5 years, hhähä)

Yes its foggy as hell. I live in Normandy so its to be expected, especially up at the mountains where my teeny appartement is on (Mont Saint Aignan) so now that the weather is getting colder and the temperature changes a lot there is a lot of humidity. Should soon leave to drive to soccer practice but is hesistant if i'll be able to see anything, haha. Well its not quuuite that bad, but i can't properly see to the parking lot opposite my house...it isn't far.

Today out for drinks wiht Nataly :) i now have strenght! can you believe it, i slept for 10 hrs last night, cause i was able to fall asleep at 10 pm rather than 3 am , soo happy. Well rested, mm nothings better than that! ;)

ping pong test in practical and theoretical = done and done.

The theory part ,COME ON! how the hell would it even help me as a sports teacher to know who was the french player that won the championships in 2009...seriously!? any logic..noup as usually..who cares, i just wanna pass it, i'll rahter focus on my management courses more ;)
Practical part, didn't really have my A-game on, haha who am i kidding, i have no A-game in ping pong, at least i didn't score as the last in our class so not a total failure :D

Is actually ahead of some of my class mates in our project work, go annmarie! don't know when last something like this has happened, must have been before IB :P cause there I was known as the last minute, last second stress running to the teacher begging for him to still accept my project too ^^ thank god that's a chapter in the past.

Feels like a lucky person to have so many people in this world that i miss and who miss me back, and who are right here with me to make my days that much greater!
Now off to meet Charlotte who I probably haven't seen for a month :D and then tomorrow meeting Clemence who i unfortunantely haven't seen since summer. Two nice evenings ahead,  in other words :)

alarm clock, it doesn't do its purpose if you don't set the alarm..

Yes, suprise suprise, even the alarm clock of a BlackBerry is not a mind reader..it would have been pretty useful to set the alarm yesterday before going to bed..but see i forgot, thus i didn't wake up for my swimming practices today :/ let's hope they understand me and won't kill me..

Today however i've gotten some work done, started on my "projet professionnel", a project on our future career, what we want to do and expect of it etc. It's not that hard, no wait its in frech so yes it is :D but the basic form and idea of it is easy. It should be okay.

Still need to study some ping pong, we are finally going to have our exam tomorrow, jeeeijjj..not.
We'll its not impossible but it sure isnt enjoyable to study, hah

Oh and yes laundry day today..considering that i have no underwear left, that would be a pretty good idea ^^

Yestreday was fathersday, i really wished that I could have been in person to wish I happy fathersday to my dear daddy, unfortunantely since i'm so far far away, the telephone had to do :)

Sun is shining, for once after 6 days of pooring rain! I'll get to put my swade shoes on again, hihii

normandy weather = rain rain..and oh did i mention rain!

36 km/h wind, pooring down with rain = its friday and ofcourse we have football trainings! It was ridiculous, the wind was so strong that it just took the ball on its own ways :D there's trainings. I've been telling everyone here cause they think it's crazy how cold it gets in Finland, but come on, we are equipped for poor weather. We have indoor arenas for everything, even football! So when it gets cold, rains or snows we are inside, not outside freezing. Took a long warm shower and hoping I wont get sick ;)

Trying to study for my osteopathie exam (ie human anatomy) puff, its hard, and not really my favourite subject, i just wanna pass, let's see how that goes!

Can't believe that christmas is around the corner, just a little over a month and i'll be home with my family and friends, waiting for that <3
though christmas holiday for me means studying for exams, aah la vie dans l'universite francaise n'est pas facile, dur dur. Mais les finlandaise sont des survivants =)

Today is "férier", public holiday in France. Woke up without an alarm clock and slept until 11 :) mmm, my brain is working again!

Doesn't feel like stepping out of the appartement, there's a rainy storm.. i do have to go to the stables at some point though, let's hope it would get milder towards the evening.

Projet Professionel - have to interview a person who does event management as their job title and then write a project about it, uff, that shouldn't be that difficult if i properly understood what i should do :) not quite sure i did though hahah :D have to check with my classmates!!

Osteopathie et Arthrologie...yes human anatomy which I have a test in on Saturday, should properly start sudying today. It is really hard! learning all bone and tendon names and parts by heart and their definitions and functions...i hope i pass.

Well i'm going to make myself another cup of coffee, attack my homework and listen to good music :)

Today we had after a 3weeks break swimming practice and this time with a new professeur cause the previous got recruted to the French National swimming team, damn it, i really liked her though the new guy seems nice too he just makes us swim with the butterfly technique like crazy, hence the title ;)
I really have to this weekend go alone and try to train a little cause thats just embarrasing that i really dont know how... and its hard as hell. Anyways i'm sure after a little practice i'll do ok.^^

Soon to the second class of a new course, Public and sportive formations, part of management. The course seems interesting, just that the prof is a bit all over the place, and she doesnt get the microphone in the amphitheater to work plus that her articulation is crap so trying to understand her is an enormous effort :D even my classmates (who are french) can't quite catch what she's saying..funny.

School ends at 20.30 today..blaah. and all because of the stupid strike which caused us to miss all kinds of classes so now we have to make up for them..what a bore.

Now off to class, have to go a bit earlier so that i have time to buy myself a coffee ;)

Now going to do some studying and then tomorrow swimming practice, haven't had it for 2 weeks so looking forward to it.

Now that i'm here i really like finnish music, just hearing finnish and ofcourse swedish too. Really become a huge fan of Johanna Kurkela and Juha Tapio :)

yesterday went out with the guys cause exeptionally we only had only class at 10 today. Had a loovely evening. Today still have to revise a bit of ping pong. Tomorrow more studying ahead :D well just a lot of stress now but then it will get easier. i can manage! i almost feel like i wouldn't want to work next summer because i'm going to be so tired but money money money, maybe if i'd just work 2 months :D then i'd still have like a month of holiday to just not having to anything if i don't feel like it, hihih ^^

Now to the stables to take care of my sweetie pie Quinny. Then we're going with Nataly to see a new club, though i'm going to just be the designated driver, partly cause i'm too tired to take the bus and secondly cause i need to do a lot of school work tomorrow so i can't be tired.

Good to get a hold of myself and actually work!

i'm a survivor

i can now honestly say that i'm better in football!!! finally i'm not just the girl that is in the way all the time on the football field, i'm actually of some help, hihii, felt so good today during practice :)

Psychology exam...well all i can say is thank god i did it with someone else, Bastien saved my ass with that test today, the thanks all go to him.
Sociology, and easy thing that i should have known and my brain was blank..argh hate when that happens. though from my previous test i had gotten 10/20 so thats a pass, jeij.
Why is studying in french so hard, i always feel like nothing sticks :/ i'm really stressed about midterms which are in 2 months...i really wanna pass all my exams...actually i really wanna pass this first year and continue to the second..what if i try my best and dont pass. I think i'd just go and beg on my knees to the school board to give a finnish girl a second chance, all in all i'm not doing that bad and this is all in a foreign language! mercy mercy

headache, knee is just killing me and i'm just exghausted.
greys anatomy and off to bed.
a demain, lets hope a good nights sleep will give me strength to study properly this weekend cause i really need to.

stress

i really should blogg more, this is hopeless :D i'll try my best to become more active then i'd have more energy to actually right about everything that i'm doing, cause so much has time to happen during a week that theres no way i have the strenght to write about it, it would become a short story, haha.

My past week .. and a half in a nutshell.
I had my autumn break, which was great! Sofia came here to celebrate her birthday :)
Wed: seightseeing and shopping at Paris (the seightseeing for sofia obv. hahaa)
Thu: slept in and later went in to rouen, ate and saw a movie, The American with George Clooney (very depressive but it was the only one in english)
Fri: Versailles, mm j'adore! and then lucky coinsidence that sofias mother came at the same time to Paris for a business trip so we went to have a looovely dinner with her.
Sat: slept in, went to see Quinny, went food shopping and made a delicious 4 course meal for S's B-DAY! :) and then continued into the Rouen night!
Monday, walking around rouen and then came Tuesday and sofia left back home.

Great times!

Going back to school really made reality hit me, teachers informed of upcoming tests and projects, due in 2 - 4 week...äääks, then we still have midterms the 3rd to the 14th of January, stress, ulcers, anyone? no please. So going to make a good plan ahead so that I can get rid of this stressful feeling.

Otherwise everythings fine! I had my first lesson of wall climbing today, AWESOME! so cool, though i'm a bit too careful, eventhough i have someone to secure me, it still feels scary when your at 5m with just a little rope :D fun anyhows.

Really miss Finland, but in a different way than before, cause i'm actually pretty satisfied with my life here :)
